For Smoky to prepare and ship all envelopes at the same time, subscriptions are synchronized on a monthly rhythm:

• The 1st of each month: This is the automatic renewal date for the entire club.
• Digital Access: Your access to the Smoky Secret Shop and Secret Blog is activated immediately upon your first payment.
• First registration: Please note, if you join the club at the end of the month, your first renewal will take place on the 1st of the following month to synchronize your account with the rest of the club.

Example: By subscribing on May 30th, you get immediate access to digital content and will receive the May mail. Your renewal on June 1st will validate the sending of the second physical mail for June.

The Smoky Mail Club operates on a principle of grouped preparation to ensure the freshness of illustrations and surprises:

• Registration in the current month: By subscribing today, you confirm your place in the club and immediately unlock your digital access (Secret Blog & Shop).
• Envelope dispatch: Your physical mail is prepared with love after the registration closes and renewal on the 1st. It is dispatched during the month following your registration.

Example: If you join the club on May 20th, you can enjoy the blog throughout May, and your physical envelope for June will be dispatched at the beginning of June.

Smoky Mail Club creations are produced in limited quantities and are primarily reserved for members.

• The Smoky Secret Shop: If there's any magic left in stock after the envelopes have been sent, these products become available exclusively to subscribers via the secret shop, at preferential rates.
• Open to the public: As a small designer, and in order not to waste these lovely surprises, I reserve the right to offer the products to the general public in the classic shop one year after their launch.

Joining the club is therefore the only way to guarantee you receive new products and enjoy Smoky's treasures before anyone else!

Total freedom: Your subscription is non-binding. You can suspend or cancel it at any time from your customer area (remember to do so before the 1st of the month to avoid the next renewal).

Returns: Due to the illustrated and exclusive nature of the products, I do not accept returns.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, it does not apply to digital content that you have already used (Secret Blog & Shop accessible upon purchase).

I take immense care in preparing your shipments, but once they are dropped off at the Post Office, they embark on their own journey.

• Waiting Period: If you are in France and have not received anything 15 days after the shipping announcement (30 days for International), feel free to send me a message. Sometimes, mail simply takes a detour!
• Lost Envelope: If the mail is officially declared lost, I will do my best to offer you a solution or a reshipment, subject to availability (some creations are very limited!).
• Damaged Mail: If your envelope arrives in a sad state, please take a photo of it before opening it and contact me. We will find a solution together so that you can enjoy your surprises as you should.

Remember to check that your address is complete and up-to-date in your member area before the 1st of the month!
